Qida is the expert company that supports people through the senior years, from active retirement through every stage of dependency. We offer four things.
Our vision and mission
Our vision is to make health and social care systems sustainable at a global scale, by helping More people live More years with More quality of life — what we call the Triple M. That vision rests on a double mission. First, to build the** highest-quality home care in the world**: human, expert and technology-based. Second, to build the social status of caregivers as a profession, globally, through information and community. Qida has chosen not to choose between social impact and economic impact. We believe the mission is only achievable if both are real. More than 20% of Spain's population is already over 65, and waiting lists for public long-term care support can exceed a year. On the current trajectory, our children will not inherit the system we have today.

The culture behind the mission
Our technology
Qida builds its own technology. We use it to multiply what our teams can do, and we sell it to institutions: connecting the health system, the social care system and the home around the same person. Our teams are the reason the service works. Technology makes them faster, lets them look after more people at once, and gives them what no team can do unaided — spotting risks before they happen, adapting care plans, and prompting the right check at the right time. The same engineering is also a product. ADMIT (admit.cat) is the integrated care platform Qida develops and leads with the Catalan public system: one shared view of a person at home for the hospital, the primary care centre and the social services department, so all three can act early.

Qida was the first company in its sector in Spain to obtain B Corp certification. B Corp verifies social and environmental performance, transparency and legal accountability against an external standard — and it has to be renewed. For Qida it is the independent check on a commitment we make explicit: social impact and economic performance are pursued together, not traded off.
